THEMIS at the "Methods and techniques for high-resolution spectro-polarimetry" conference

The THEMIS and IBIS 2.0 teams were present at the "Methods and techniques for high-resolution spectro-polarimetry with current and future high-resolution telescopes: lessons learned and ways forward " conference, organised by our colleagues of the KIS institute in Freiburg (Germany) on January 13-15th 2026. The conference gathered solar physicists working at/with almost all major solar physics telescopes in the world, e.g. DKIST, GST, SST, GREGOR, ZIMPOL. The meeting provided an opportunity for THEMIS and IBIS to discuss the science around the upcoming installation of the IBIS 2.0 instrument.
In addition, K. Sant presented an invited contribution on IBIS 2.0 : Interferometric BIdimensional Spectropolarimeter, while E. Pariat gave an oral presentation of A new era for the THEMIS Solar Telescope (pdf).
